These Regulations provide for the execution and enforcement of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/327 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards requirements for the placing on the market and conditions of use of additives consisting of preparations (OJ No. L58, 3.3.2015, p.46) and of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/2294 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the establishment of a new functional group of feed additives (OJ No. L324, 10.12.2015, p.3).
These Regulations provide for the transposition in England of the requirements of Council Directive 2013/59/Euratom of 5th December 2013 laying down basic safety standards for protection against the dangers arising from exposure to ionising radiation, and repealing Directives 89/618/Euratom, 90/641/Euratom, 96/29/Euratom, 97/43/Euratom and 2003/122/Euratom (OJ L 13, 17.1.2014, p. 1).
