HM The Queen has appointed David Andrew Stockdale QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP.  The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) with effect from Monday 15 March 2010.

HM The Queen has appointed Claire Jakens to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP.  The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Kingston County Court with effect from Monday 19 April 2010.
