HM The Queen has appointed Richard John Preston Musgrave to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP. The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre with effect from Monday 1 March 2010.
