HM The Queen has appointed Mark Andrew Jabbitt to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP. The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court with effect from Friday 31 July 2009.
