This consultation started on 12th February 2009 and ends on 6th March 2009.
The Regulations make provision for the enforcement and execution in Wales of certain provisions of the EC Regulations on production and marketing standards for chicks and eggs for hatching and consumption. The partial RIA makes an assessment of costs to industry as a result of the new legislation.
