Between £6.5million and £8million from the Indian Government for India-UK joint working in research will significantly boost the UK-India Education & Research Initiative (UKIERI), Science & Innovation Minister Lord Sainsbury said today, following the first meeting of the Indo-UK Science and Innovation Council this week.
