This publication is about evidencing the areas of best practice which can be shared and pooled collectively in order to make sustainable improvements across whole systems in acute care. The Unscheduled Care Collaborative Programme is now in the third and final year, however the methodology used throughout is applicable across all healthcare systems, and links closely with the patient safety agenda.
