MR JUSTICE KEITH: On 5th July 2005 at Horseferry Road Magistrates' Court, the appellant was committed to the Crown Court for sentence, having previously pleaded guilty to an offence of exposure. He was at that stage subject to a hospital order which had been imposed under section 37 of the Mental Health Act 1983 ("the Act"). He appeared at the Crown Court at Middlesex Guildhall a number of times before a further hospital order was made on 13th October 2005 by Judge Matheson QC, but this time the hospital order was coupled with a restriction order without limit of time under section 41 of the Act. The appellant now appeals against sentence with the leave of the single judge.
