John Healey, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, has today appointed Mr Joly Dixon CMG and Dr Isabelle Low to the Statistics Commission. He has also re-appointed two existing members, Professor Sir Kenneth Calman and Mr Martin Weale CBE to the Commission.
