Launching the Committee's Annual Report for 2005 today (Thursday), Sir Alistair Graham is to pledge that the Committee will continue to press for changes to the system for inquiries into allegations of breaches of the Ministerial Code. He will also announce a review of the Seven Principles of Public Life.
