The OFT has decided to release TV Eye from some of the commitments it gave in 2005 regarding its media agency registration and credit listing business (see press release 93/05). TV Eye, which was the first undertaking to give the OFT binding commitments, has been released from them with effect from 1 March 2006. TV Eye has informed the OFT it will no longer be engaged in agency verification, credit analysis of media agencies or the administering of security arrangements.
