Updated: Updated draft SI and explanatory information for the Collective Investment Schemes (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 published.
These SIs will make amendments to retained EU law related to investment funds and their managers to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft SIs are provided, alongside explanatory policy notes. HM Treasury intends to lay these SIs before Parliament in the autumn.
