The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
revoke the operator licence held by A W Cleaver Haulage Ltd with effect from 23:59 on 31 January 2019 disqualify Daniel Alexander Cleaver from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the transport operations of an entity that holds or obtains such a licence for a period of 2 years from 29 October 2018The decision was made on 29 October 2018.
