Updated: Added updated forms.
The accreditation request and risk balance case (RBC) off-line forms are designed for use by those MOD and industry personnel who are unable to access the Defence Assurance Risk Tool (DART). This approach ensures the information assurance (IA) maturity evidence is equal for all parties throughout the end to end process.
Where an RBC is required to cover the transfer of information between different locations, the ‘movements’ form should be used. In all other case, please use the ‘information’ form.
The questions are designed to be as intuitive as possible, but if you have any queries or require further guidance, please email cio-dsas-contactpoint@mod.gov.uk or telephone 01480 52451 extension 4564.
Remember that information categorised as OFFICIAL SENSITIVE or above must not be transmitted over the internet.
