Press release: Change of Her Majesty’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions of the People’s Republic of China

Mr Andrew Heyn OBE has been appointed Her Majesty’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Non-Resident Consul General to Macao in succession to Ms Caroline Wilson CMG, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Heyn will take up his appointment during September 2016.
