Guidance: Skills Funding Agency: common funding rules

Updated: We have now published version 3 of the Skills Funding Agency: common funding rules 2016 to 2017.

The rules apply to all providers of education and training who receive funding from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA). They do not apply to advanced learner loans (except subcontracting rules) or the European Social Fund, please refer to the standalone funding rules for these programmes.

This document forms one of a suite of documents which set out the basis for funding and should be read together with other relevant documents in the suite. This suite of documents and the principles and rules they contain are part of the terms and conditions of funding and must be read with the other contract documents.
