Form: Countryside Stewardship: capital grant application form

Updated: Added information to explain how to complete the application form.

The hedgerows and boundaries grant is open for applications until 30 April 2016.

Applicants should complete the capital grant application form and annex 1 to apply for a hedgerows and boundaries grant.

Use the:

agent authorisation form to allow an agent to act on behalf of the applicant land ownership and control form if the applicant does not have management control over all or part of the land included in the application for the full length of the potential agreement
