Form: International State Pension claim form

Updated: Added IPC BR1 new State Pension claim form if you reach State Pension age on or after 6 April 2016.

You need to fill these forms in online then:

print it off sign it post it to the address on the form

You’ll need to provide personal details, details of other benefits you get and details of your partner, if you have one.
