A1 Western Bypass, Dunston to Consett Route Interchanges, Tyne & Wear Slight delays are expected overnight on the A1 between Dunston and Consett Route Interchanges for construction works. There will be one lane open southbound from 10pm and 6am. The works will take place 30 January - 5 February.
