Terence David James Ennis, a bankrupt, has been sentenced to two months imprisonment at Chelmsford Magistrates Court after pleading guilty to two counts of removing property after a judgement judgment for the payment of the money had been obtained. The judgement having remained unsatisfied at the date of the bankruptcy.
