Residents in Bow west are set to make savings on their energy bills as the London-wide RE:NEW programme comes to Tower Hamlets.

The new scheme launches with a stall on Roman Road Market on Thursday 29 September. This will give residents the chance to see some of the energy saving devises that are available, while finding out more about the scheme.
