Minister for Intellectual Property, Baroness Wilcox, today congratulated Alison Brimelow, Chair of the Intellectual Property Institute, and former President of the European Patent Office (EPO), after she was honoured by the German Federal Government with the award of the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit (Grosses Bundesverdienstkreuz).
