The Upper Tribunal, formerly recognised as the Transport Tribunal, has upheld the decision of the Deputy Traffic Commissioner, Tom Macartney to fine £1,650 and indefinitely revoke and disqualify the public service vehicle operator licence held by Bankfoot Buses.
