Commons Act 2006 - part 1: Updating the Commons Registers in Wales (The Welsh Assembly Government)

This consultation started on 1st April 2009 and ends on 24th June 2009.

The Welsh Assembly Government aims to safeguard the variety and diversity of common land in Wales by simplifying the complex legislation that protects it. Updating and improving the information on, and access to, common land registers is a key part of this.
