Adjudicator publishes decision on a proposed increase in the intake of richard lee primary school, coventry

The Office of the Schools Adjudicator has published a decision on a proposal by the City Council to increase the intake of Richard Lee Primary School, Coventry from 60 to 90 from September 2009. The adjudicator, Canon Richard Lindley, has approved the proposal, believing that, having previously had an intake of 90, the school can again accommodate that number of children. He has not ignored the governors' concerns about the implications of the increase, but believes that, with the City Council's support, the governors will be able to manage the gradual change that has been proposed.
