The Office of the Schools Adjudicator has published a decision on an objection by Kirklees Council to the admission arrangements of the Mirfield Free Grammar and 6th Form School. Kirklees had objected to Mirfield School's use of the Supplementary Form they felt that the use of the Supplementary Form was inconsistent with a mandatory provision of the Schools Admissions Code and would disadvantage many parents who did not realise that they would be required to complete it.
