Parents of children who live in the selection area of Ermysted's Grammar School, Skipton and Skipton Girls' High School, Skipton had referred three objections to the adjudicator. These related to the schools' admission arrangements and to the alleged failure of North Yorkshire County Council to implement an earlier adjudication of July 2007 about the provision of information to parents.
