HM The Queen has appointed Graham Eric Morrow QC to be a Circuit Judge, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer. The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, has assigned him to the Northern Circuit, based at Liverpool Crown Court with effect from Friday 28 July 2006.
