A package of measures to encourage 16 to 19 year olds to participate in education and training was launched today by Paymaster General, Dawn Primarolo, Minister for Employment and Welfare Reform, Margaret Hodge, and Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children, Young People and Families, Maria Eagle.
