We provide a DSAR form for you to use. This form is designed to help you give as much detail as possible to assist us in finding the information you need. You don’t need to use the form but it could reduce or prevent the need for us to ask you more questions and allow us to get back to you quicker.
DSARs are governed by the current UK data protection legislation. We will respond within one month of either:
our receipt of your written request our receipt of any further information we ask you forWe will send you the information by email. It will be sent securely to make sure only you can access it. It will be searchable so you can find the information you need. You can ask for the information to be sent by post but it may take longer to reach you. Please make sure your personal information is up to date on your online account, this will ensure that your DSAR is sent to the correct email or postal address.
Under the Equality Act 2010, reasonable adjustments will be made for those unable to submit a request in writing. In certain circumstances, the requester has the right to receive their information verbally, If you require a reasonable adjustment to be made, please contact us:
