Form to register (incorporate) a company

Use the paper form to register a private or public company within the UK at a cost of £40.

You can register your company online for a fee of £12 if it’s a private company limited by shares with model articles.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.

EU Exit

If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, some European entities formed under EU law will no longer be able to be registered in the UK.
