Form: Apply for release of a private vessel on payment of customs duty and VAT (C384 (Vessels))

Updated: The guidance has been updated to show that form C384 (Vessels) must be sent to the Pleasure Craft Unit of Expertise, not handed to HMRC or Border Agency at ports.

Use form C384 (Vessels) to apply for the release on payment of Customs Duty or VAT on a private vessel.

Send your completed form to the Pleasure Craft Unit of Expertise.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
