This document sets out how and when companies will be affected by the new corporate governance reporting requirements in The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018.

The regulations were made on 17 July 2018 and will apply in relation to the financial years of companies beginning on or after 1st January 2019.
