Guidance: LRS: registration documents

Updated: New versions of Awarding organisation agreement and AO organisation registration form uploaded on 15 December 2017.

Registration documents LRS registration form - used to gain access to the LRS portal and services

Learner registration bodies (LRBs) need to submit this along with the learning provider agreement (LPA).

Awarding organisations need to submit this along with the awarding organisation agreement form.

change of super user form

Used if an organisation wishes to amend their super user.

developer registration form

If your organisation decides to develop an interface with the LRS you will need to register as a developer. This will give you access to all the documentation and guidance you will need.

LRS organisation details amendment form

Required when organisation details are changed. If your legal entity changes you will also need to submit a completed LPA.
