In December 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published the final report of its legal services market study.
The Remedies Programme Implementation Group (RPIG) has been put together to oversee the implementation of the recommendations made by the CMA to the regulators in the final report.
The terms of reference sets out the purpose of the RPIG, its membership and how the group will operate.
