The 2017 survey is the Defence Electronics and Components Agency’s (DECA’s) third survey.
The response rate this year was 93%, the highest response rate in DECA’s history and the thirteenth highest response rate out of those organisations who took part.
We are engaging actively with all employees to understand the areas to be addressed as part of our planning process.
