Guidance: General licence to move cattle from a non-exempt show in the LRA of England

Updated: Licence conditions amended following the introduction of the Low TB Areas in Wales.

You must follow the conditions of the general licence when you move cattle from a non-exempt agricultural show in the Low Risk Area of England (LRA) without post-movement testing. This applies to cattle originating from other parts of England or from Wales. The licence conditions have been amended following the introduction of the Low TB Areas in Wales.

If you are unable to comply with the terms of the licences, please contact the Animal and Plant Health Agency.

See the guidance on pre-movement and post-movement TB testing of cattle in Great Britain for testing requirements when moving cattle.
