This Order is made in relation to a complaint that whilst acting as Liquidator of a Company, Mrs Leslie breached the Ethics Code for Insolvency Practitioners by failing to convene two annual meetings of creditors and present progress reports to those meetings. The first meeting was not convened due to a staffing issue which was subsequently addressed. The second meeting was not convened due to the proximity of a further final meeting in the proceedings but it ought to have been convened.
