On 1 April 2017 The Crown Estate devolved its Scottish assets to The Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management). The Scottish Crown Estate transfer accounts finalise the income and capital accounts of the Scottish part of the business. In accordance with Section 9 of The Crown Estate Transfer Scheme 2017, the accounts must be laid before the UK Parliament and the Scottish Parliament.
