Letter from Paul Rowsell, Deputy Director of Democracy at Communities and Local Government, to the Royal borough of Greenwich council, together with notice of direction he proposes to give to the authority under section 4A of the Local Government Act 1986 and equality statement.
The council are directed to comply as soon as practicable and in any event by 31 March 2015 with the provision in the March 2011 Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity.
