On Wed 17 Dec, after addressing his Battalion for one last time, Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Flay was ‘Dragged Out” of Barker Barracks in Paderborn. He bid a fond farewell to all of the Officers and Soldiers of 1PWRR, after being their Commander for the last two and a half years.
