The Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 required the UK Statistics Authority to publish a Code of Practice for statistics. Only those statistics assessed as compliant with the Code will be designated as National Statistics.
HM Treasury has made arrangements to implement the code when publishing statistics, set out in our standards and policies.

This publication will cover the period from the scheme’s inception until the end of March 2014 and will allow users access to statistics that cover the whole of the Help to Buy package by using them in combination with DCLG’s Official Statistics on the Help to Buy: Equity Loan Scheme.
