Alan will be chair of the agency’s Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.

Alan Graham MBE has wide experience at senior board level in the commercial, voluntary and public sectors. He is currently a director of The Charity Bank (and chair of its Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee). He has had a 37 year career in the City with N M Rothschild & Sons (in the UK and overseas), the last 15 as a Main Board Director. Extensive non-executive experience includes being Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Serious Fraud Office, Trustee (and former Chair) of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, and Member of the Football Association’s National Anti- Discrimination Chairman’s Panel.

Tracey Bleakley is the Chief Executive of the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners. Formerly she was CEO of pfeg (the Personal Finance Education Group), the UK’s leading financial education charity. Before joining pfeg, Tracey was UK Director of MEND, a social enterprise tackling overweight and obesity, and had a thirteen year career in management consultancy with Price Waterhouse, Accenture and ITV. She is a Chartered Director, holds an engineering degree, MBA, and postgraduate qualifications in International and Social Policy. Tracey is a trustee of the Money Advice Trust, a fellow of the RSA and ACEVO and a patron of Bolton Lads & Girls Club and Bolton Hospice.
