The Recycling Reward Challenge Fund is a fund to help local authorities encourage households to increase recycling rates. Information is contained here to assist local authorities with their bids to the fund - a prospectus, bidding form and frequently asked questions.
All bids must be submitted by 5pm on 7 November 2014. It is our intention to announce final decisions about which bids receive funding by January 2015.
